GrantSolutions is committed to supporting Partners and Recipients throughout the grants management process. All Recipients access GrantSolutions using their GSA Login.gov credentials, similar to Grants.gov. Grantors access GrantSolutions using either AMS PIV or GSA Login.gov PIV credentials.
To ensure you receive the right help, use the guidance below to determine which help desk to contact and how to avoid the most common login issues.
Which Help Desk Should I Contact?
Getting help starts with identifying where the issue occurs:
- GSA Login.gov Help Desk: Contact GSA Login.gov if you are having trouble signing in, cannot access your GSA Login.gov account, or are experiencing issues with authentication, verification codes, or your Login.gov credentials. (Your GSA Login.gov email address must match the email address provided to GrantSolutions. To confirm your email addresses match, please see below.)
- GrantSolutions Help Desk: Contact the GrantSolutions Help Desk if you have successfully logged in through GSA Login.gov and need help with anything inside the GrantSolutions system.
Ensuring Your Email Addresses Match
To avoid login issues, make sure the following are true:
- The email address you use to create or access your GSA Login.gov account is the same email your GrantSolutions administrator or program office has added to your GrantSolutions profile.
- If your organization recently updated your email address, make sure both GSA Login.gov and GrantSolutions reflect the updated email before attempting to sign in.
- If your GrantSolutions profile needs updating, contact your GrantSolutions account administrator within your organization.
GSA Login.gov Help Desk
All GrantSolutions users (including recipients) must sign in using their GSA Login.gov credentials. Because GSA Login.gov manages the login process, the GSA Login.gov Help Desk is the correct contact for issues related to authentication or account access.
If you experience trouble signing in, resetting your password, receiving verification codes, or creating or managing your GSA Login.gov account, please contact GSA Login.gov.
